Lead the construction of power infrastructure for hyperscale data center campuses: substations, medium-voltage distribution and utility interconnections.
What you’ll do
- Oversee multiple concurrent data center power projects
- Manage hyperscale clients, utilities and EPC partners
- Own schedule, budget and risk across the portfolio
- Build and lead project teams in each region
- Lead QA/QC, commissioning and energization
- Hold safety standards on every campus
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years in electrical or power construction
- Data center or mission-critical project experience
- HV substation and MV distribution knowledge
- Multi-site program leadership
- Willing to travel 50%+
- Degree in electrical engineering or construction management preferred
$200,000–$275,000 base · US-wide, travel required · Permanent
