What we collect

When you contact us or apply for a role we collect the details you give us: name, email, phone, company, current role, sector, location, your CV and any message. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

Why we use it

To respond to hiring enquiries, to consider you for roles, to introduce you to clients with your agreement, and to keep in touch about relevant opportunities. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interests in providing recruitment services. For client enquiries, it is also to take steps towards a contract.

Who we share it with

We share candidate details with a prospective employer only for a specific role, and we tell you before we do. We use trusted service providers to run this website, receive form submissions and store records. Some providers are based in the United States; where data leaves the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.

How long we keep it

We keep candidate records for up to [24] months after our last meaningful contact, and client enquiry records for as long as needed to manage the relationship. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
