Run day-to-day operations for a utility construction business unit in Utah, with full accountability for crews, productivity and results.
What you’ll do
- Manage general foremen and crews across the unit
- Plan scheduling, resourcing and productivity
- Own the unit’s P&L and monthly reporting
- Lead the relationship with the local utility client
- Manage fleet and equipment
- Hire, develop and retain field leadership
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years in utility construction, 3+ in operations management
- Line or field leadership background preferred
- P&L ownership experience
- Mountain West utility experience a plus
- OSHA 30
- Based in or willing to relocate to Utah
$150,000–$175,000 + ESOP base · Utah · Permanent
