Lead the delivery of high-voltage substation construction projects for an established utility contractor, from mobilization through to energization.
What you’ll do
- Own schedule, budget and margin for substation projects up to 345kV
- Lead superintendents, foremen and civil, steel and electrical subcontractors
- Manage the utility client relationship, progress meetings and change orders
- Review drawings, RFIs and submittals with engineering
- Drive safety performance on every site
- Hand over to commissioning and close out projects cleanly
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years managing substation construction projects
- Greenfield and brownfield experience
- Projects of $10M+ delivered to budget
- Midwest utility experience preferred
- OSHA 30
- Degree in construction management or engineering, or equivalent field experience
$130,000–$160,000 base · Ohio · Permanent
