Lead the safety program for transmission and distribution crews across Texas, with a strong field presence.
What you’ll do
- Run field audits, observations and job briefings
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
- Deliver training: energized work, MAD, fall protection and rigging
- Keep programs compliant with OSHA 1910.269 and 1926 Subpart V
- Report leading and lagging safety metrics
- Coach foremen and supervisors on safety leadership
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years in safety for utility or T&D construction
- OSHA 500/510 authorized trainer
- CUSP or CSP preferred
- Comfortable spending most of the week in the field
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Strong communicator with crews and clients
$110,000–$130,000 base · Texas · Permanent
