Senior operations leadership for a growing utility construction business, accountable for multi-region field operations across the Southeast.
What you’ll do
- Own regional operating P&L and performance targets
- Lead directors and operations managers across multiple regions
- Set and hold the safety culture, standards and metrics
- Build relationships with investor-owned utilities and co-ops
- Plan crews, fleet and equipment against the work pipeline
- Shape growth and bid strategy with business development and estimating
What you’ll bring
- 15+ years in utility construction, 5+ in senior leadership
- Transmission and distribution background
- Experience running large multi-crew operations
- Established Southeast utility relationships
- Strong commercial and P&L track record
- Degree preferred
$200,000–$240,000 + stock base · Southeast US · Permanent
